Each project is followed by a project manager who coordinates the parties involved and supports the client from preparation through to delivery — and any maintenance needs afterwards.

Coordinating the works
The different trades work to a shared schedule. The project manager organises the sequencing, anticipates interfaces between trades and adjusts interventions daily whenever the site requires it.
